When Mock Turtle Marionette Theater was ready to re-design its website, we wanted something fresh, cutting edge, and simple to update. Matthew Praetzel of Ternstyle provided all of that and more.
From our first meeting, Matthew listened carefully to our needs, and was great at guiding us through the process from design to revision to launch. He tutored us in the administrative tasks we needed to learn to keep our website up-to-date and was always available for questions, no matter how many times we asked the same one over and over.

As the Bethlehem Blast® Youth Hockey organization grew, we quickly realized that we were outgrowing our existing web site’s capabilities. Additionally, the site had been developed in such a way that it required one “webmaster” who was fluent in HTML code writing to keep it updated. As a volunteer organization with over fifteen teams, we knew this was not the long-term solution.
Enter Matthew Praetzel and Ternstyle. I was introduced to Matthew through one of the Blast’s volunteers who knew him from the men’s hockey league. One meeting with Matthew and I was convinced he was the right solution to the challenge we faced. Matthew listened to our predicament, heard what I had to say about my vision for the future, and brought back a proposal that met our need
Utilizing Ternstyle's content management tools, we were able to create a user-friendly template for our club website, with each team “owning” control of their specific team pages and content. This decentralization of control not only made the site easier to manage, but it gave each team the ability to promote themselves as they wanted, with photos, game recaps, announcements, statistics, or any other appropriate content. Home page and overall Club content was still controlled by a small number of Board members but the website became a communication tool for all the teams that was easy to use, easy to expand each year as the Bethlehem Blast® organization continues to grow, and cost effective (which is very important for a 501c3 not-for-profit organization like ours.
Matthew and Ternstyle also worked with us to create the new visual template, developing creative that fit very well with the objectives set by our Board of Directors. He also hosts the site for the Club and has been very accessible for training when needed, as well as answering any questions we hav
