Luther-Veno was a pretty straight forward static site. Their needs were simple. Their intentions were to be informative and answer questions quickly. Most of Luther-Veno’s content came from their previous website. The content was to their satisfaction but they wanted a cleaner more modern web 2.0 design with a focus on the services they provide in the style of “frequently asked questions”.
The homepage slider adds a bit of character to their predominately neutral template. Their address and contact information is made available on every page to allow their prospective clients to pick up the phone all the more quickly. ternstyle’s contact form with captcha and client and server side validation allow prospective clients to make inquiries directly through the site as well.
This site uses XHTML and CSS and is W3C standards compliant. The site could use a bit more attention in terms of search engine readiness and optimization but was built in such a way that, if funds were made available, it would be easy to implement proper keyword, title, meta and heading tag techniques.
